Order Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders Please note that the standard processing time does not apply to Pre-Orders. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, it will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch date provided on the product page.

  • Note: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will generally be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Fast & Free Delivery to all countries on orders over $100 USD.

For orders under this amount, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Canada: $14.95 Insured Domestic Shipping. 2-5 business days

  • USA: $14.95 Insured Domestic Shipping. 2-5 business days

  • International: Insured International Shipping. 7-20 business days

International Shipping & Customs We ship globally. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (excluding Canada & USA).

TopTier Box is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also use our tracking page here.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please also contact us at support@toptierbox.com so we can assist you with the process.

Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@toptierbox.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
